It’s been a few years since Kayla Nicole broke up with Travis Kelce. That wasn’t an easy breakup for her, but she hasn’t yet given up on finding the right man for herself. Her quest led her to get captivated by the NFL rookie wide receiver Xavier Legette.
The Panthers picked Xavier Legette 32nd overall in the 2024 NFL Draft. It hasn’t been half a year for him as a pro football player and he is already making fangirls drool over his mesmerizing accent. Travis’ ex-girlfriend Kayla Nicole turned out to be one of them.
In 2023 Kayla was rumored to be dating Micah Parsons and Jalen Hurts at different times. However, those rumors did not come true. But it appears that she still has a shine in her eyes for athletes despite claiming she is over that phase.
Kayla Nicole Fangirls NFL Rookie Xavier Legette
Xavier Legette had a slow start to his rookie season as he injured his leg during training camp and he was eager to play in the preseason after sitting out the first two games. He talked about how badly he wanted to get on the field for the third preseason game in a locker room interview which couldn’t get unnoticed by fangirls online.
Fangirls were quick to admire the young man’s voice and how his accent stole their hearts. Kayla too was captivated by it as she couldn’t help but react to the viral video with a gif of Stephen A. Smith sipping tea.
It was certainly an anomaly as Kayla doesn’t usually fangirl athletes anymore especially after she talked about being over that stage in a podcast appearance early this year.
Nicole Considers Freezing Her Eggs As an Option
Kayla, 32, appeared on the ‘Behind The Likes‘ podcast in January this year where she stated how would like to date men in positions of power.
“I’ll never say never but I fully wholeheartedly believe that I am like out of the athlete stage,” she said. “I would love to just date someone that I do think that I’m attracted to men in positions of power. I also think that those types of men are attracted to me so I would love to date like an executive of a record label or a movie producer.”
Furthermore, she talked about how much she has evolved as a person and that her priorities have changed drastically. As of now, she is looking for a man who has “great character, loves their family” and is six-feet-five tall she said in a recent interview with Life & Style Weekly.
She also opened up about the societal pressure that stresses her out about when she will start a family.
“I think people too put a lot of pressure on women to like ‘Well, when are you going to get married? When are you going to have kids?’ And there’s so many options now. I just told my mom the other day, ‘I think I’m going to freeze my eggs.’ I think thats the next step for me.” she said.
With the influencer being under constant spotlight, Kayla has been subject to criticism and online hate which she doesn’t pay much attention to now. She even admitted that she made over six figures just through social media in 2023.
