All About Warren Sapp’s 6 Kids: What Do They Do For a Living?

Warren Sapp maintained quite a balance, building a successful football career and raising a huge family. Despite some struggles along the way, he has always shown love by keeping in touch with his kids.

In fact, he might have influenced a few of his children to follow his career path. Sapp has fathered six kids with four different baby mamas, and he makes sure that he is an available father to all of them.

Below is a list of Warren Sapp’s children and what they do for a living.

Jaelon Austin Sapp

Jaelon Austin Sapp is the firstborn son of the Hall of Famer Warren Sapp and Angela Sanders. He was born on June 19, 1997. A year later, his mother filed for child support against Warren Sapp, who was riding on a substantial NFL contract, playing defensive tackle for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

He attended North East Magnet High School and received a Certificate of Honor and Achievement for being an Outstanding Student in the Fire Fighter Program.

Jaelon has maintained a relatively private life, but has a Facebook and Instagram profile where he occasionally shares personal moments. As per his Facebook profile, he works as a fire explorer.

After several years apart, Jaelon met with his father in November 2024, during a Colorado Buffaloes Football game. Warren Sapp was overall excited to meet his son, taking to his Instagram saying, “Not the Outcome we was looking for, seeing my 1st born was great!”

Unlike most celebrity kids, Jaelon maintains a low profile. An indication that he values privacy.

Mercedes Sapp

Warren Sapp got creative when naming his second-born, as he named her after his favorite ride. Sapp used to roll around in Tampa in his black Mercedes-Benz CL600 back in the day, so he named his daughter Mercedes.

Mercedes Sapp aka. Cede was born in 1998 to Warren Sapp and Jamiko Vaughn.

Cede kicked off her soccer career at Lake Highland Preparatory School. She excelled as a goalkeeper in high school, attaining the FACA 2A Player of the Year in 2015 and the All-State honors.

She began her collegiate soccer career in 2016, redshirting her freshman year at the University of Missouri. She recorded a total of 7 saves against Iowa in 2018.

Cede lasted three years at Missouri, then transferred midyear to the University of North Florida (UNF) in 2020. She carried on her A game and got recognized as the ASUN Goalkeeper of the Year in 2020.

After completing a Master’s Degree in Communication Management, Cede went on to become the Student-Athlete Enhancement Coordinator at the same university, where she oversees a non-credit credential program.

Her athletic experience and academic skills laid the foundation for her current role at the University of South Florida (USF), where she is the Student-Athlete Enhancement Coordinator.

Her role involves leading the Personal Enhancement pillar within USF athletics and offering education on NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).

Warren Carlos Sapp II

Warren Carlos Sapp II is Warren Sapp’s third-born, who has constantly developed a footing in athletics. He was born on 3rd January 2000, to Jamiko Vaughn and Warren Sapp, and attended the Winter Garden Foundation Academy, in Florida, where he played lacrosse.

Popularly known as Deuce, Warren Sapp II has had a passion for extracurricular activities. His 191 pounds and 6’1 frame is a suitable physique for athletes.

Deuce played tackle and defensive end at Winter Garden Foundation Academy. He led the team to three regional championships.

In high school, he graduated Cum Laude and was named the homecoming king.

Warren follows in his father’s footsteps, developing a strong passion for football. Playing football has enabled him to secure a scholarship from Florida Atlantic University. Warren Sapp II redshirted as a freshman after joining the team in the summer to participate in conditioning workouts.

Although it’s unclear whether he will announce for the NFL but he might just have the potential to complete the redshirt junior season and hone his skills for professional football.

During an interview with Warren Sapp, the legend couldn’t hold back the pride he had and the joy of seeing his kids succeed. “I take pride in watching my kids do their thing. Dad’s just a spectator now. I’m a cheerleader now, I wear their colors and everything!” Sapp said.

Autumn Jade Adkins Sapp

Born on November 21, 2000, to Warren Sapp and Akilah Adkins, Autumn Adkins Sapp is the fourth born of the NFL champion. Autumn Jade Adkins graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Florida State University.

Just like the other siblings, Autumn has been creative and focused. She has built a career in digital marketing, specializing in:

  • Brand engagement
  • Social media management
  • Content creation

Madison Sapp

Warren also had another child, Madison Sapp. Unlike the other kids, not much information is publicly available on Madison.

Carter Sapp

Carter Sapp is Warren’s youngest kid, born in August 2008. He just attended his high school prom.

Carter Sapp goes to Allatoona High School in suburban Acworth, Georgia. And he’s not an ordinary high school kid. He’s a dedicated student leader on his way to leaving his mark.

No wonder, Warren Sapp has revealed how fond he is of Carter. On March 30, the proud dad took to his Instagram, posting a photo of his son with a sweet caption: “I think, I have one more prom!! #BabySapp #LastOfDyingBreed #Carter.”

Carter may be his dad’s baby forever, but he’s already forging his own path to more greatness. His contributions as a student leader earned him Allatoona High’s Student of the Day.

“Let’s give big shoutout to our amazing @dailygrindcoffee Student of the Day, Carter Sapp! Your dedication and achievements continue to inspire us,” the school’s IG account posted.

Carter Sapp’s dedication goes beyond the classroom. During an AP info meeting, he volunteered to assist with dinner setup, serving, and cleanup. His teacher, Mrs. Alejandro, shared a heartfelt gratitude message saying, “I appreciate his willingness to help with this event.”

From his willingness to help and astute leadership, Carter Sapp is truly following in his dad’s footsteps. As Carter opens new chapters in life, he’s about to create a remarkable legacy like his father’s.

Building a solid career while raising a family as huge as Warren Sapp’s isn’t a walk in the park. But the legend has proved his power beyond the pitch by doing exactly that.

If the future allows, we might witness a junior Sapp in the NFL sooner than we expect.
