The Packers organization has discussed bringing in Will Fuller via trade with the Texans, though there is a split among decision-makers, Dianna Russini of ESPN.com tweets.

Fuller is playing on a $10.16MM fifth-year option salary, meaning he will be a free agent at the end of the season. Some within Green Bay believe it’s not a prudent move to give up significant draft capital to address short-term concerns.

The Texans are reportedly looking for a second-rounder in exchange for Fuller. Be sure to follow Pro Football Action’s Trade Deadline Tracker for the latest on all the trades that occur today.

Davante Adams Wouldn’t Mind Packers Adding Another WR

With the rumors about Fuller and other wideout circulating, Davante Adams was asked about the team potentially bringing on another weapon.

“I wouldn’t say it’s a need, but I don’t think it’s any secret that could help us, potentially. So I wouldn’t be opposed to it,” Adams said, via Ryan Wood of the Green Bay Press-Gazette.

Adams is having a top-notch campaign, catching 43 balls for 502 yards and seven touchdowns despite only playing in five games this season.
