Gordon was also ticketed for speeding between 25 mph and 39 mph over the limit at 5th Avenue and Speer Boulevard. He is expected to be arraigned in Denver County Court on Friday, Nov. 13. The Broncos leave the next day for a game against the Raiders in Las Vegas.
The Broncos were scheduled to play in Week 5 but were given an unexpected bye with the Patriots having COVID-19 issues. Gordon looked great in his last game (a week ago Thursday night against the Jets), producing 107 yards on 23 carries.

Gordon May Face Suspension
Gordon could face suspension for the incident, as Klis explains in the same piece. In the past, the NFL has handed down multiple game suspensions for DUI, meaning with Broncos could be without Gordon for 2-3 games at some point this season.
Philip Lindsay, who ran for over 1,000 yards in each of his first two seasons with the Broncos, would start in Gordon’s place if healthy. Lindsay hasn’t played since Week 1, though he practiced in full last week ahead of the antipated Week 5 matchup with the Pats.
