The AFC North battle on Thursday night showcases two of the last three Heisman Trophy winners in Baker Mayfield and rookie Joe Burrow.

Both teams are coming off Week 1 losses. Division rivals Pittsburgh and Baltimore enter Week 2 with 1-0 records and neither Ohio club can afford to go into a 0-2 hole if they want to keep up.

Let’s take a look at some bets:

Under 21.5 Total Pts 1st Half (-115)

This should be a low scoring affair based on the evidence from last week. Cincinnati came out running the ball and throwing short passes in an attempt to control the clock and eliminate big mistakes. This type of offense should continue into Week 2.

Cincy’s keep everything in front of you” defensive approach should limit scoring opportunities for both teams in the first half as they feel each other out.

Longest FG Under 45.5 Yards (-114)

Both teams had kicking troubles in week 1. The Bengals kicker came up lame in the middle of his stroke on a potential game-winning field goal. The Browns kicker was released following the game as he missed an extra point and a field goal. Needless to say, it would be shocking to see either team even attempt a field goal outside of 45 yards.

A.J. Green to Score a TD (+240), Over 4.5 Receptions (+122)

If anybody wants redemption on the Browns, it’s veteran wide receiver A.J. Green. After missing last season with an injury, AJ was able to get back on the field last week, seeing a team-leading nine targets and corralling five of them for 51 yards. After being called for offensive pass interference and costing his team, and rookie quarterback Joe Burrow their first win of 2020, Green will be looking to do whatever he can to get this win. If Cleveland gets out to a big lead, Cincinnati will have to throw the ball often and Green will be the biggest benificiary.

Cleveland -6 (-110)

OK, this is not a prop but it’s still a good bet. The Browns were simply overmatched at every level vs. the Ravens in Week 1 but are we forgetting that Baltimore is one of the best teams in the league?

Baker Mayfield should lead his team to an easy victory over a weaker Bengals team.
