This is not Hill’s first time suffering a minor hamstring strain. He injured it after six snaps vs the Chargers back on November 18th, 2019, he was out for two weeks (including the bye week).

The Chiefs already are without wideout Sammy Watkins who is dealing with a groin injury.

The 26-year-old receiver also dealt with a shoulder injury last year.
