Cam Newton may be underrated in fantasy this season, Sosa Kremenjas of Pro Football Focus contends. Injuries have plagued Newton but since he came into the league in 2011, though he’s showcased his ability to be a top-5 fantasy QB when healthy.
Additionally, the Patriots have the fifth easiest schedule for quarterbacks in 2020, which gives the former MVP a real chance to outperform his ADP (Newton is currently going 23rd among QBs).

More Notes From The AFC:
- The Jets have signed WR Chris Hogan to their roster, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports. New York added several wideouts this offseason, including Breshad Perriman via free agency and Baylor wide receiver Denzel Mims via the draft.
- The Jaguars are all-in on Gardner Minshew after a strong rookie season. “I like where his mind’s at, number one,” offensive coordinator Jay Gruden said. “We’re trying to challenge him with these challenges and protections. So far, it’s been great. He’s got a skill set that’s really unlike a lot of players at that quarterback position. He’s not real tall. He doesn’t have a cannon, but he’s just a highly competitive guy. He’s got great anticipation and accuracy. He can make plays happen when the plays break down. It’s going to be fun to work with him.”
- Left tackle Laremy Tunsil has had issues with false starts since joining the Texans prior to the 2019 season, committing 14 during his first year in Houston. He didn’t have much time to practice will QB Deshaun Watson and get the cadence down after his preseason trade, though this offseason, his “main goal is to fix the penalties.”
