Madden’s 2021 ratings are leaking out and last season’s MVP is only topped by two quarterbacks. The video game developers gave Lamar Jackson a 94 overall rating, which ranks only behind Patrick Mahomes (99) and Russell Wilson (97).
Tom Brady, who will not be in a Patriots uniform to start the season for the first time in history, ranks fifth behind Drew Brees and the aforementioned QBs. The six-time Super Bowl champion has a rating of 90 overall. Aaron Rodgers is listed sixth with an 89 overall rating.
Dak Prescott, who is unlikely to receive a long-term deal from the Cowboys before the 2020 season, is tied at No. 9 with an 84 overall rating. That’s the same as Carson Wentz, which is fitting. It’s almost like the Madden developers want to incite even more Wentz-vs-Dak debate.
Just two QBs over a 95. Rodgers outside the 90s club.
