The NFL finally released its schedule and Tom Brady, who joined Tampa Bay this offseason, will start his Buccaneers‘ career as an underdog. The franchise will travel to New Orleans in week 1, which could put Brady at 0-1.

In Brady’s 20 seasons in the league, he started for his team on 17 occasions in week 1, including the 2008 Kansas City matchup where he tore his ACL, and won 14 of those matchups. (Brady didn’t start as a rookie or begin the 2001 season as a starter. He also didn’t start to begin the 2016 season, as he was suspended four games).

His three losses came in 2003 (Bills), 2014 (Dolphins), and 2017 (Chiefs), all seasons where the Brady’s club made it to the Super Bowl. The Saints will look to be the fourth team he loses to on opening day, though they would hope that the Super Bowl trend stops this year.
